Subject: Recommendation on Where to Take Pictures Before Prom

Introduction

As you know, prom is right around the corner, which means it’s time to start planning! After looking into some of the best photo spots in San Diego, I’ve gathered information on a few locations that I think would be perfect for us to take pictures before prom. I’ve narrowed it down to two choices: Hotel Del and Seaport Village. There are a few things we’ll all need to keep in mind:

Recommendation

I recommend that we take our prom pictures at the Hotel Del in Coronado, not only because it offers a beautiful backdrop, but also because it’s close to the prom venue making it a convenient option.

Where can we eat around there?

Hotel Del has 5 amazing restaurants we could choose from for dinner after pictures. In addition to the options inside the hotel, there are also nearby restaurants like the Brigantine, which is less than a mile away that could also be considered.

Seaport Village  doesn’t have as many places to choose from, but it still has a couple good restaurants like The Harbor House and Edgewater Grill, even though both are a little on the pricey side.

How far is it from prom?

Hotel Del is located in Coronado along with the location of the event. According to Google maps to get from the Del to prom is 4.6 miles and would take 10 or less minutes to get there.

Seaport Village on the other hand is almost 11 miles from our event and would take 20-25 minutes to get to our destination.

Background

Hotel Del has so many beautiful spots to take pictures. You can go down in the sand by the water, take some in one of the cute little gazebos, or stand on the boardwalk with the hotel in the background.

Seaport Village is pretty simple. No matter where you go, you’re going to get the same background of rocks and water. There isn’t anywhere there where you can go in the sand and actually get close to the water.

Conclusion

Prom is said to be one of the most important nights of our lives, so let’s keep the stress to a minimum by choosing the Hotel Del. Not only would it give us a beautiful backdrop for pictures, but it’s also close to the venue which makes the whole night easier and less of a hassle for everyone.
